Summary
Images of the past few weeks float through his head. Laughing together as they tried a new recipe every night, taking turns picking what movie to watch, being cooped up in one of their bedrooms for hours, sometimes all through the night. As far as Elijah could tell, the only intimate thing they were doing in there was enjoying one another’s presence. He hadn’t so much as seen them kiss, even after all this time.
