Ekko laughs back, shaking his head. Actually he’d love to, not right now obviously. They’re still young for that, but when he dreams about the future that’s what he wants.
It's been eight years since that silly little moment that led to them finally getting together. Our silly oblivious lovers had decided to tie the knot, but perhaps getting married is a more complicated affair than they thought.

The image is blurry at first, a blue spot stands out until the zoom is finally adjusted. A young woman is waiting for confirmation from the person handling the camera.
“All set,” says the cameraman. “Can you start by introducing yourself?”
The woman smiles and nods at the camera. “Hi, my name is Jinx Lane. I’m twenty six years old and I’m a researcher at the Twin Cities Institute of History.”
“What exactly do you do for the institute?”
“Well, officially” Jinx says, making air quotes with her hands. “I’m in charge of an investigation about Zaun’s historical connections to Shurima. Which is a fancy name for content creation for history books.”
Jinx laughs at her inside joke. “In truth, the goal of the investigation is to find proof of the existence of hex-gems. The investigation was originally in charge of my late mentor, Viktor Ambroz. I took over after his passing.”

Tired of trying in the traditional way, and with a gift card for a free match in the Be Mine agency, Ekko gives in and decides to request their services. Summary
A series of oneshots of timebomb doing some sneaky shenanigans, going from enemies to…enemies with benefits? Frenemies with benefits? Lovers? They don’t know either, they just know they can’t stay away from each other. Interspersed with other oneshots of Jinx and Ekko’s interactions with other characters related to their complicated relationship.
Though they all take place in the same universe/timeline, each oneshot is self-contained, and doesn’t require you to have read previous parts for it to make sense. They connect, but can be read in any order. The overarching story is the development of timebomb’s relationship behind the scenes, starting in the season 1 timeskip.
