   Summary

   How do you explain hunger to someone who has never known it? Knives, the perfect Independent Plant, does not need to eat. Vash, too much like the humans he loves, does. When an argument breaks out between them over food, Vash offers to share with his twin the experience of feeling hungry. And Knives accepts. Suffice it to say, it's not the best birthday they've ever had - but it's definitely not the worst.
