The cafe which Peter had been working for months, the sole source of his stable income, was going to close down due to the drop in sales. All thanks to Starbucks which opened its new branch across the street and kept stealing Peter's customers with their new promotion of Unicorn Frappuccino.
Not giving up, Peter came up with a plan to save his job by riding the fad to his best benefit. Or Peter baked a Deadpool cupcake. And then a man in a red hoodie with a cap visited his shop one day.

Summary
It had been close to two years since Peter had made a massive miscalculation and ended up kidnapped, stranded on a cruise ship, in the middle of the ocean. Two years since he first went into heat and two years since he last saw the Alpha who helped him through it all.
The only thing Peter had left to remember the Alpha by was the collar he had gifted Peter with. It was a simple black band, probably something the Alpha had purchased off the cruise ship souvenir store. The only thing that really stood out on it was the bullet charm that had been attached to it with two letters scratched into it. DP
Even two years later, Peter had still not managed to ditch the habit of wearing the collar every time he went outside. He told MJ it was so he could turn down any Alpha advances without hurting their fragile egos, but truthfully, he had yet to let go of the Alpha's memory. He just wasn’t ready yet.
