Summary
The year is 2020, and Lucy Tucci’s only daughter is about to graduate high school. Tip’s rapidly approaching graduation, combined with the terrifying possibility of an engagement proposal from Lucy’s romantic partner, is stirring up a lot of major changes. Not all of them entirely welcome.
But change can be a force for good, can’t it?
That is what Tip and Oh must convince the Boov, who are soon to be creating the next generation of Boovlings. The prior method of mass-rearing Boov in warming ovens is an artifact of their apathetic past. Now, families are needed to raise the Boov of the future. Cooperation is one thing for the Boov: the vulnerability of love is entirely another. Maybe the actions of a few can inspire the many.
If only a vengeful Shep and a certain Gorg eager to prove his worth didn’t have to get in the way.

Summary
After a gruelling long three weeks, Caine is restored, and the circus’ glitch-filled fate has come to a halt. However, he’s come back wrong: glitches wrack his body, his memory turns spotty, and Kinger, the only person capable to fix this, is someone he can’t even acknowledge without paralysing himself in a blind, screaming panic. At the sheer mention of him, he disappears.
Before Caine hurts anyone again or even himself, the others need to find him and figure out and calm his paralysing fear before things get any worse.

Pomni could feel the tension in the air as each of them waited for Kinger to explain why he had called an emergency meeting.
Kinger sat in an armchair, hands clasped in his lap and thumbs tapping together in a nervous rhythm as a heavy silence hung over everyone. Then, the chess piece took a deep breath and spoke, calmly and firmly. “I found one of Caine’s backup files.”
