Summary
Cloud eats while he goes to save time, before diving back beneath the surface of the cool, sun-stained water. The orange and pink light of the slipping sun shines through the trailing, iridescent fish fins and the reedy stalks, glittering off Cloud's green scales and golden web.
When Cloud surfaces with one last heavy fish, he looks and sees Zack sitting cross-legged on the rock where Cloud laid out the fish. His black-bronze scales are burnished in the sun.
