Summary
Jaster Mereel had spent over three decades putting the pieces of the war-torn planet of Mandalore back together and after twenty years, the budding Mandalorian Empire boasted nearly fifty systems in its control. Although it was no Republic, it was home and Jaster was proud of the work that he'd done.
With his home restored and his Empire at peace, Jaster can't help but take the time to think about the things he had to give up to see Mandalore's success. Though he always wanted a family, he accepted that it was the price that he would have to pay to save the planet he loved.
That is, until word goes out that Stewjon is accepting offers for the newest king—King Kenobi's—hand in marriage. When Jaster put in his measly offer, he didn't think there was any way that King Kenobi would accept. His empire is still small, without much to offer, and Jaster himself is over twenty years older than the king, who was known to many as the most affluent and beautiful king in the galaxy.
When Obi-Wan chooses him, Jaster doesn't know what to do.
Is it possible Obi-Wan might want something specific from Jaster or is Stewjon making a move for the small Empire before they can gain power?

Jim opened Tony's most formal closet and started pulling out tuxedos. "Put one of these on.”
"Why?"
"We're getting married."
Tony froze. "No, we're not."
"Oh yes we are." Jim tossed three tuxedos onto the bed. Three was a good number of options, enough for Tony to make a choice, but not so many that he'd get lost analyzing the ramifications of navy pinstripes vs. charcoal paisley. Tony did best with clear, specific expectations rather than an unlimited universe of possibilities that he would inevitably filter through his neuroses and obsess over, and Jim was really kicking himself for not considering that, oh, ten years ago when they’d first started this, but there was no point in beating himself up about it now when he could put that energy towards solving the problem instead. "You brought this on yourself, Tones. Pick a damn tux."

Written for a prompt on tumblr: "Rhodey and Tony being together since their MIT years. They married as soon as they could, and are still hopelessly in love after ~30 years. One of these perfect, almost sickeningly sweet couples."
Slowly, Tony grins, and Rhodey dares to breathe. “Yeah. Yeah, you sappy idiot, alright. I’ll marry you.”
Rhodey laughs, disbelieving, delighted, and sweeps Tony into his arms. Tony grins into the kiss, and, wow. They’re gonna be alright.

Summary
Months after the Avengers' dispute in Germany, the team returns to the US and moves back into the tower. As always, everyone pretends that nothing happened. Tony is just fine with this. He's used to pretending, and he'll be damned if he lets any of them see him flinch.
Tony's the bad guy, after all. He's used to it. He's fine with it. He's good at it.
Only now, there's something far worse loitering around the tower - The Winter Soldier. No one notices the guy at first, but when they do, Tony figures that he should have the soldier's back.
Birds of a feather should flock together, and the bad guys should start a book club.
