He had to concentrate on staying upright after Davos pushed him away. "You hear that? The damn Brackens are withdrawing their banners!"
For him, this seemed to be a celebratory verdict of victory. He was propably familiar with the feeling of being able to rely on his men. Aeron did not hold it against him, he hated himself for the fact he could not be that kind of man himself.
