Summary
Obi-Wan Kenobi was tempted by the dark side as a teenager, but despite it, he's not evil. His fellow apprentice (who really makes him see why the Order only allows one apprentice to be taken at a time, get your mind out of the gutter), however, is an evil nerf herder who must be stopped. He and his lover are trying to stop the evil plots of the demented mind that brought you clone troopers, but that's a tad difficult when there's a war on and Obi-Wan is hiding his true nature of a not-actually-evil Sith from the rest of the Council. And, Cody has to hide that he's force sensitive from pretty much everyone because it's technically not possible, but according to the Council the Sith technically weren't possible until that one mission to Naboo, so we're rolling with it.

Summary
The Jedi see the Force as a selfless essence that connects all beings to one another in perfect unity. They serve it with grace and selflessness of their own.
The Sith see the Force as a power to be wielded. An entity to be turned to their will and aid them in their personal goals.
Anakin knows the truth. The Force is a petty child growing bored with its regular toys. It brought Anakin into existence solely to be a new vessel to play with. To toy with exactly as it wants. To control when it felt like it.
Anakin Skywalker fell to the dark side, and, like a writer working through a daydream, the Force decided to start it all again from the top.
That had been the Force's mistake. Pure dumb luck put Anakin in the hands of a Mandalorian clan who happened to have Force suppression cuffs before the Force could pick up the strings of his life again. Anakin vowed to never take them off, ignoring the Force at every turn as he learned the Way of the Manda.
The Force is not going to give its toy up so easily.
AKA, A time travel fic where Anakin Skywalker beefs with the force, deals with guilt for things he would have done, and becomes a Mandalorian.

Obi-Wan made a punched-out noise of desperate disbelief, but it and his racing thoughts did not slow the cascade of information, each sentence more horrifying than the last.
"Had your bond been broken, this would be a very different conversation, but seeing as Skywalker has chosen to maintain it, he may try to use it against you—or us."
"Because Skywalker has never been to the new temple before, we deemed it safe enough for one last trip,"
"I see." Obi-Wan rasped out, his throat tightening and his vision blurring at the thought of his future banishment from the Temple, and ostensibly the Jedi Order. After all, who would trust him with the future of their Order, with another Padawan, when he failed so miserably with Anakin?
"We're giving you three days to rest and refuel, but we have to ask that you take off again."
Or,
In a galaxy dominated by two Empire's keen on destroying the remains of the Jedi Order, Obi-Wan must never return to his family after his padawan, Anakin Skywalker, falls to the dark side out of fear of their force bond leading the sith to the Jedi's doorstep.
However, he finds refuge in the last place he expected.

Summary
In a universe far, far away, a Sith Master uses the corrupt Republic Senate to send the entire Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) and the Jedi Order into a trap, planning to eliminate the Jedi Order in one blow. Instead, the GAR and Jedi Order—as well as all their support ships—are sent back in time and across the galaxy, putting the Jedi Order in a position to free the Vode and possibly themselves as well.
