In the beginning of book 1, due to a malfunction of the enchantments on the Triwizard Cup Harry and Cedric find themselves 20 years in the past. One thing becomes clear: they are going to find a way, or make one, to change the past, which will become their future.
Harry finds a loving family in the Potters and the Blacks and good friends in Hogwarts, as they work together to disrupt the timeline and he still has time to be a teenager at the meantime.In book 2, 16 year old Tom Riddle shows up suddenly as Euphemia Potter’s godson and ward. Harry has to face conflicting feelings towards the boy, who would have been his previous arch enemy and was his first crush.
