He bit a kid, Goro repeats to himself. I used to do that shit too. Don’t all kids bite? Maybe, but he’d never had a parent to come pick him up afterward.
(Goro gets a call from the principal about Wonder biting another student. Goro doesn’t know how to handle this shit, but he does his best.)

But as Remuria fell, as all nations who dare to defy the heavens are destined, she alone remained of that damned blood line. She alone remained even as Egeria rebuilt the pieces of Fontaine from the Archon War. Furina alone remained when one of Seven Sovereigns, the Dragon of Water, was reborn into this world—and it was her who reached out and grabbed that little hand.
Neuvillette does not understand why he was born into this world—or who exactly he is. But, that strange woman who walked into his life one day has never lead him astray. So he continues to follow after her until their road ends.

Ajax returned from the Abyss carrying little else than his ambition, and regret for everything he’d lose in the wake of it. Needless to say, following a strange vision, he hadn’t quite accounted for acquiring an extra passenger in his head; a Liyuen woman with no recollection of her life or how it came to an end.
On the search for the missing link binding her to the present, they will have to look toward the past, even if they may come to unearth more about themselves than they bargained for. Though, of course, saving someone’s soul could prove difficult when his own is already beyond help.
Truthfully, Ajax is way in over his head. But she believes they might just make it work.

Jon just nodded, looking extremely mournful. His face gave off the impression that someone close to him had just died, not that his boss had announced a sudden work trip.

Now in charge of the disorganised Archives, Sasha struggles to piece together the loose threads connecting the statements into something that makes sense.
There's a new supercomputer in Artefact Storage that supposedly has all the answers. Having access to the Archivist Simulator could make her job a lot easier. Or make it a lot more complicated.
