Summary
Sherlock and John head north to Scotland, where a woman was found dead in the room of the Winfield's Inn owners. They try to solve this case, but as they get to the bottom of it, John is hurt. A solved case is a success and Sherlock should feel proud, but he barely pays attention as John is in hospital. How will John react to this caring, worried Sherlock?
