But his wounds from the final fight were taken care of, he shouldn’t have been feeling like that. After a few seconds he felt strength return to him and he very quickly felt as strong as before his fight against the Demon King again. What in the name of Hylia was happening?

Jules swung the door open, almost into Hervé’s face, the latter just wanted to enjoy a peaceful evening coffee on the front porch. Roscoe and Coco were just getting to them before Roscoe launched himself into everyone. A lot of “Awww!”s and “Hiiiiii!”s were the outcome of Jules, Anthoine and Hervé cuddling the bulldog, Ayrton and Riccardo petting Coco instead.

Charles smiles slightly, blushing a bit at the display of affection and love. “Nothing, just saw a shitty video.” He keeps from Max that it was in fact more than one.

Summary
In 2015, when Max first joined F1 as a fresh-faced rookie, the pack shut him out because of the wrongness and temperament that existed on him like a second skin. In 2025, Max has mellowed out and the pack, specifically the rookies, begin coming to him. Whether they are tired, angry, hurting, or unsure, Max never says no. He doesn’t weigh the risks of involving himself with a pack that doesn't claim him; he only registers that someone needs something, and that he knows how to give.
Layered on that, Max has a secret that the pack doesn’t know nor understand but they begin to circle it. It lives in the way he goes still when certain voices drop, in how his eyes glaze when someone gets too close, in how he never asks for anything and how every so often he'll disappear and return as a ghost.
OR: The 2025 rookies get attached to Max very quickly, pulling him into grid pack dynamics. Unfortunately, Max was cut from the pack in 2015 by Lewis and he still doesn't accept him. Now that Max is getting closer again, the grid is starting to notice something is very wrong with him.

"What are we sitting on the floor for then?” George asked in a light tone. He must’ve caught on to it already, it was quite obvious in Kimi’s opinion, but he appreciated his attempt at a conversation.
“My bracelet snapped,” Kimi could hear the resigned sadness in his own voice as he said it.
“The one from your boyfriend?” George asked as he started to collect some of the beads around his knees. Kimi only nodded silently in reply.
OR Kimi and Ollie are in a long-distance relationship, so they make bracelets for each other.
