Will hasn't gotten a present for Christmas in a long time. Forget believing in Santa; he hasn't gotten a gift from anyone at all since his mother died when he was very young, leaving his drunk father to raise him. They don't even bother with a Christmas tree. Christmas is nothing more to him than a chance to earn some extra cash selling trees at the lot in town.
So when one night he makes a wish for his father to die, he doesn't think anything of it. That is, until a terrifying monster clamors down the chimney, kills his father, and chases him out into a deadly blizzard, running for his life. Then he wakes up in a strange town, with strange people, who walk with bells on their shoes and have pointed ears...

AU Post-ESB. After Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. During Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Luke and Leia are 22 years old, they are dressed in the same clothes as in the movie, and they have a poncho with war camouflage on them.
Luke and Leia were preparing to leave behind the Stormtroopers who were chasing them through the forest, little did they know that in the middle of that chase they were going to come face to face with Darth Vader, their day had started out complicated since the Executor almost didn't let his shuttle Tydirium pass to the moon of Endor, evidently it was going to end up more complicated by the sudden appearance of the Sith Lord.

Summary
‘Pure Empathy’- a pseudonym that quickly became a household name, whispered all over the world, belonging to a scrawny young adult William Graham, haunted eyes almost as striking and memorizing as the art he creates. Will was quite possibly the most praised artist of his generation, his works disturbing, odd, off-putting and magically world changing. It wasn’t too surprising that no one has ever seen him in person.
Enter Hannibal Lecter. He held a position in high society, a majority of his family being a part of various forms of government, abundant wealth falling to the family throughout generations, albeit questionable ways.
When Hannibal heard the story of this ‘magical’ artist, he made it his mission to acquire more pieces than any other could dream of, firmly believing it would sky-rocket his position of power, and somewhat rocky social standing. So he does what any normal, sane person would do. Force this so-called ‘Pure Empathy’ fellow to live with him.
OR:
Hannibal, obsessed with Artist Will Graham, does whatever he deems necessary to wrangle priceless pieces from the man. No measures too drastic.

Will Graham likes his new therapist. Never mind the way he leans in too close when he speaks—how his presence seems to press in, just a little too near—the way his gaze traces Will like a blade over skin, or the way his touch lingers just a second too long, as if marking territory.
Never mind that he’s a bit… strange. A little too perceptive. How he understands Will a little too well, and seems to knows things about Will he has no business knowing. Hannibal watches, waits, and weaves himself into Will’s life—unseen, unnoticed.
Will, for all his brilliance, never thinks to look over his shoulder.
