    Despite how popular Leon is in the Galar region, Leeanna knows exactly what he’s really like. Or at least, she thinks she does. After escaping her former Champion position, and running away from the only home she’s ever had, she heads to Galar. While her region and parents search for her to try and drag her back, she begins to find comfort in Galar. Comfort that she never quite found at home. With lifelong friendships, a brand-new Pokemon team, and of course… Leon constantly getting on her nerves. Leeanna begins to consider Galar her new home. Even if her English isn’t very good yet. Even more so when Opal’s eyes fall upon the young woman, knowing exactly who should become her apprentice. Her gravest mistake, however, is allowing herself to be revealed to the Galar public.

    And little does she know, she may have judged Leon far too harshly…

     

    This was partially inspired by the ballet "Swan Lake". You'll know when you know. ;)

    this is a rewrite of my old fic! i'm trying to fix it up while keeping the storyline more cohesive. warning: it's dark. really dark.
