Summary
The earth shook and as a mere child Jon Snow stumbled across a dangerous secret, long hidden in Winterfell's crypts. Northern priorities shifted and when Lord Jon Arryn of the Vale dies, Lord Eddard Stark refuses his foster brother, King Robert Baratheon's request to go south and serve as hand of the King.
When King Robert Baratheon dies the War of Three Stags begins and a Kraken throws his own claim into the pot.
Daenerys Targaryen's story is closer to TV Show canon than the characters on the continent of Westeros.
