Summary
It was a marriage between two of the most powerful families in Japan that brought them to the countryside resort for the summer to celebrate the union. To Tobio, it was a chance for him to discover who he was outside of the Kageyama name, to have one wild summer without expectations or restrictions. “Are you… do you not see what this is Sho?” Kenma asked softly, his head hurting with the amount of thought that was going into this conversation.
“It’s a game Kenma, and I’m WINNING!”
“Ok Shoyou, have fun wooing Kageyama. I’m going back to bed.”
“Oh I will!” Shoyou paused as he realized what Kenma had said, sputtering he continued, “W-W-WAIT! No, I'm not trying to woo him, I’m just pretending that Kabashima is Kageyama so I can get him to fall in love with me and I can be the MVP of his heart.”
The line went silent as Kenma tried to process the logic behind Shoyou’s thinking. Deeming it far too complicated a task for his early morning brain, he said, “I’m hanging up now, I’ll talk to you later.”
Shoyou looked down at his phone and before he could try to feel offended that his best friend just hung on him, a message from Kabashima came thought and his attention was pulled back into the sim.
