After some hard-hitting realizations, Octavia has left the palace for a job at the Hazbin Hotel until her birthday. She is now working on a library project, trying to help make one of Charlie’s hopes a reality. Meanwhile, she considers an option from Andrealphus.
Stolas is coping with life without Octavia as he entertains a less-than-healthy social media fixation. At I.M.P. he worries over the implications of a job offered to the team.
A confrontation with Octavia leaves Alastor haunted by a single statement echoing in his mind. Rosie has decided, given the recent events with the Vees and damage to the Pentagram, that he needs to be introduced to someone who can keep him in check.
Andrealphus has never had as much power as he does now, nor has he had to give any power up. He’ll do what he’s supposed to do when it’s time for Octavia to inherit…right?

Summary
And now, still staring at the screen long past the VoxTek update, Stolas thinks of how he’d briefly forgotten all about Valentino on the day of the trial, as quickly as the overlord had entered his life.
Yet he realizes that part of what had helped him be so bold was the fact that no one in that court, however malevolent or fearsome, was Valentino of the Vees.
He wonders how pathetic it is, to dread a sinner more than any of the Sins.

Summary
Stolas is raw after breaking off the deal with Blitz- and all of Hell knows, because of course it does, and to top it off he has to attend one of Lucifer's events? Absolute torture.
The Vee's throw Valentino at Stolas- anything to garner later favours from a royal demon.
The other attendees were a real mixture - primarily higher demons from the Pride Ring who were most affected by the antics of the Sinners and the exterminations. A handful of Sinners, the overlords who owned the largest swathes of Pentagram City, all scattered to the far edges of the room as though they detested each other’s company; the largest grouping but a three.
They were, at least, always entertaining. Even the TV headed demon was there, his expressive face glowing out from near Beelzebub, where he didn’t seem to be having any luck at getting a word in edgeways.
Stolas waved a bartender over and ordered a wine. Here on royal business, drunk was permissible, absolute bladdered was inadvisable, although it wasn’t as though he had a goal aside from listen, be polite, be presentable. Exhausting.
Oh, this was going to be a long evening.

Summary
Vassago of the Ars Goetia was a gentle soul. It was unorthodox, really, how Alastor had managed to find a friend in him, but theirs was a friendship that had lasted for decades now. And with each year came their annual visitation.
But with the recent battle against Heaven and the hotel's reconstruction, Alastor decides to celebrate his victory (and survival) by breaking annual tradition and visiting Vassago outside their typical schedule. As Alastor arrives, however, he comes to the realization that he wasn't the only one who could use some good company.
With the recent trial against Stolas and the consequential banishment, Vassago is despondent and uncertain. Thankfully for him, Alastor is better at providing comfort than either of them had ever anticipated.
