“<Bright.>” Yuta finally answered in combat language. “<Bright bright bright bright bright bright bright bright!>”
“More than you?!” Her voice cracked, and she gripped the knife harder. Her left hand grasped one of his wings while she hid behind it. The monster didn't move at all, didn't react in any way.
It just kept smiling.

“Then we kill it.”
