Summary
There used to be a church in the middle of the woods. It wasn't anything big or grand, but it was nice. Cozy. Safe. There was a friendly groundskeeper named Nicholas who would always greet the children with a smile and a lollipop, and the kids loved him, sometimes playing with him after mass. Sometimes, the children would play with a big black dog, more akin to a wolf, on the grounds instead, Nicholas nowhere in sight.

It was supposed to be a simple, quiet day. They had found a quiet little no-name town, the people were friendly, the legends of Vash the Stampede nothing more than a myth, and plenty of opportunities to help out for some spare double dollars.

Summary
Project SEEDS was one of the leading organizations in hybrid rescue, rehabilitation, and release. Vash was a bit of a star employee, known for taking on impossible cases no one dared touch with a fifty foot pole.
And then he got assigned a wolf hybrid with the kindest pair of eyes, contrasting with the meanest set of teeth.
Unfortunately for Wolfwood, Vash wasn't a quitter. Unfortunately for Vash, Wolfwood fell harder than a flimsy house of cards.

Wolfwood's asked to ordain a wedding for a quick buck, and the new suit he's got for the event is a bit too tight. Vash is very normal about this.
