Summary
Octavius is in love with Jedediah, he has been for an incredibly long time. The issue lies in the fact that he is terrified of ruining the wonderful friendship they already have.
Jedediah is in love with Octavius, he will never ever admit this aloud because that would make it true. He wants anything but it to be true.
Fortunately or unfortunately for them, the tablet is in London, England and therefore very far away from them, so, their time is up. As they go off to their positions for what could be the final time they contemplate a little. Would they ever dare to admit their truths?

These two pine for each other and are also pretty oblivious. Enjoy the gift of miscommunication and dumb gay miniatures being dumb. Maybe one day they'll kiss.

Summary
My first memory upon waking is that of how he died.
Words spat out with a bitter longing, a hand squeezing around his heart until it burst, screams and yelling and arguing. That’s how it had happened. He had stumbled and staggered and eventually fallen, attempting and failing to grab the desk he had laid a silver tray on barely moments before. He had faded from consciousness quickly, yet not quick enough to avoid the sight of his skin being torn apart, the gashes spilling thick and deep crimson blood. Not a pretty sight. Then he had passed out. Into a dreamless sleep where he could still feel the burning of his identity being ripped away and being replaced by… something else.

Summary
Wriothesley shoves his hands into his pockets and watches his own feet for a moment. "I've… been sleeping, yes."
Neuvillette reaches out and catches Wriothesley by the elbow, and they both pause mid-step. Wriothesley turns in his grip, realizing belatedly that the move positions him within inches of Neuvillette's face. Wriothesley meets his gaze for only a moment - Neuvillette is staring at him with such intensity that he can't help but avert his eyes.
"You must think me an exceedingly poor judge," Neuvillette says lowly, "if you think I cannot tell you are lying."
Wriothesley can't sleep - like, at all. Except, of course, when he's around Neuvillette. Then he can hardly stay awake.
Written as a character study of Wriothesley and a dive into the trauma he faced as a child, and what might happen if an unwelcome face from his murky past surfaced in the Fortress of Meropide, right under Wriothesley's nose.

Summary
Duty held more weight than love, it always had and always will. Duty. Duty to the society he lived in, duty to his ancestors, to the Gods he worshiped, to the state – surely, these tasks would metaphorically, viciously quarter him with time. It didn't sway him in any particular way.
tldr: this kid named octavius tries to leave the cuddling session unannounced. everyone boo him rn.
