    When the renowned Yiling Wei Sect announced they were seeking a future spouse for their young master, every sect eagerly sent their finest candidates, hoping to forge an alliance.

    Young Master Wei Wuxian didn't want to get married. With Sect Leader Cangse Sanren deemed as a perfect wife by his sect’s standard, he decided to pick the dullest, most fuddy-duddy candidate to prove how ridiculous the whole idea was.

    Second Young Master Lan Wangji didn't want to get married. Knowing what he’d heard about the Yiling Wei Sect, he decided to remain his usual boring, fuddy-duddy self to avoid being chosen.

    Fate laughed at them both.

    Jake avait toujours entendu une voix au fond de son esprit. Il savait qu'il n'était pas fou, cette voix lui apprenait des choses qu'il n'apprenait pas à l'école. Elle était douce et tendre, mais en même temps ferme. Elle le guidait vers un avenir qu'il savait meilleur. Jake grâce à la Grande Mère apprends très tôt à voir et à entendre, et quand son frère l'appelle pour lui annoncer que son avatar à muté pour donner un jumeau rien ne pouvait lui retirer l'excitation qu'il pouvait ressentir à ce moment.
    Nous verrons donc Jake sous un autre jour, il entend, voit et marche comme un membre du Peuple, mais qu'est-ce que ça pourrait bien donner avec Tsu'tey dans l'équation? Surtout que ce dernier attire Jake comme aucun homme n'avait pu le faire auparavant.
