Summary
The crowd comes closer. They grow more incessant, desperate, angry. They start coming closer than anyone ever has before without being directly invited to.
The Fount’s vision blurs. Not a single individual feature can be made out. He can’t tell if they’re carrying weapons or not, what their expressions say. All he can hear is their anger. Their anger towards him. Towards the failed Virtue, who can’t even provide the knowledge he was made to give. Towards the one who, as far as they know, has been lying to them, again and again.It’s finally happening.
With a sharp breath, he turns and runs to his spire, leaving behind the crowd as he uses his magic to shut the door as fast as he possibly can, applying all the magic seals he has the energy to put out in a panicked frenzy. This way, no one will get in. No one.
He rests at the other end of the door, panting. Drops of sweat fall to the floor, a ringing in the Fount’s ears as reality sinks in.
They were going to end his life, weren’t they? Crumble him like the ‘Liar’ that he is. Take out all their anger, all their pain, all their grief, on him. All because he didn’t tell them what they wanted to hear.Bookmarked by MSParetta

Summary
Writing feelings down was a concept completely foreign to Nickel—why would he, anyway?! Getting emotions out through means of sarcasm is as healthy of a coping mechanism as any. Balloon can write about him all he wants—Nickel cares sooo much about what he thinks about him, anyways.
…He almost wants to say something, watching Balloon continue to write in that journal as much as he does.

Things are tense between the Looney Balloonies as their solid alliance trio is shaved down to a broken duo. Both Nickel and Balloon are tense after their friend is eliminated. There's a chill in the air. The sound of Balloon's writing is driving him crazy--he just wants to know what's in that damn journal. Hi-jinks ensue. (POST INVITATIONAL EP. 14)

Summary
A cold, cutting wind flows through the fallen Witch's face. She slowly wakes, her eyecing prying open as she regains consciousness.
There is nothing in sight, all around her. An inky black void, with her as its sole inhabitant. She cannot even see so much as the floor below her; only her own body.
She looks down at her hands, to see they are no longer those of a Witch, but a Cookie. Red, and burnt.
It takes little time to realize where she is.Undeniably, Dark Enchantress Cookie is dead. She recalls, now—what she felt a moment ago. Her body falling apart, the melted and ever-shifting dough reducing to dust as the sunset dawned upon her one last time. Her memories, flashing in front of her rapidly, from start to end.
