Summary
In his early childhood, Dante did not understand why he was never allowed to bathe with his older brother, Vergil, nor why they had to dress in separate rooms with strict boundaries. The only time they were permitted to share a space was at night, sleeping together in the same bed where the two children would curl up and hold each other until they drifted off to sleep. It wasn't until he turned eight that a tragic event stripped away everything they had known. Only then did Dante finally understand why He was so fundamentally different from her twin brother.

Summary
Dante, even though a half-demon, was born with no abilities unlike his twin brother Vergil. They grew up differently because of that. Dante was more close to Eva while Vergil followed Sparda. They weren't close as a result, and as years went by, they didn't think it would change. Until the fire happened.
