Summary
After a particularly disastrous day, a week or so after Casita is rebuilt, Abuela finds herself back on the day of Antonio’s gift ceremony. A bizarre occurrence already, made even stranger when she plays through that day and the one after it again. And again. And again. A horrifying situation to be sure, until Abuela realises one thing: whether it’s the miracle or Casita or something else causing this time loop, it’s a chance to fix what went wrong.
And only by making it all better, or at least as good as it can be, can Abuela break out of this time loop. She’s got a lot to fix, though: Mirabel feels left out, Luisa is on the verge of a breakdown, Isabela doesn’t want to be ‘perfect’, Dolores has more secrets than she can handle, Camilo is forgetting who he is, and Bruno - her own child - has been spending the last decade in the walls.
