Everything was too much. Too large, too quiet, too emotional, too uncanny, too slow with his words and ideas. Too many scars, too many fluids expelling from his eyes, nose, and mouth. His skin was too inconsistent, face too ghastly, too much like a cadaver’s skull, his eyes were too wide and did not match the opposite, his voice sounded too sweet one moment, too animalistic the next.
Men never wore their hair as long as he did, they did not covet their vulnerability. Their hands never smoothed over either hip, tender and with grace, as if they felt a selfish attraction towards their own curves. He could feel something wrong, something out of place within the organs, just as much as there was outside the skin. Neither human or man. A puzzle never completed.

Summary
Twas a bleak November when I watched GDT's Frankenstein, and it rotted my brain so completely and so suddenly that I was able to write again after years of drabbles and abandoned works. I have since only watched the movie once more, yet from seeing it the first time, I have written roughly 100k of words in my creatively-diseased haze.
Three AUs of canon divergence could possibly find their way here, if I'm brave enough to share the Vicreature brainrot that has consumed me, body and soul.

I promise once I rest, we can go make supper.” He pleaded as Adam moved over to stand by the side of his bed. “Just a few minutes, goose. That’s all I ask.” Victor added, hoping that his creation understood. “Victor.” Adam replied and Victor decided to take that as a confirmation of understanding
So with a nod, Victor grabbed the blankets and threw them back over his head again, letting the darkness overtake him again. He had maybe three seconds of peace before once again. “Victor? Victor??” So much for understanding
TLDR: Adam doesn’t quite have a grasp on object permanence yet
