这暇光于他本就譬如朝露，也许是去日苦多作衬，他才会千不舍万不舍。这姹紫嫣红也是他为苏暮雨而种遍，开出的世外桃源自然也只能留得住苏暮雨一个人。
杀伐果决如他，却在这时候留恋起这段时光起来。他在这小小院落里每天都看同一幅光景，可却如何也看不厌。想来天涯陌路，筵席终散，他们只是曾命如浮萍不得已相交于暗河，如今他拥有苏暮雨的时间已贪得够多了。可他真的拥有过这个人吗？他不知道。只是这个人在他迄今的生命里占了太多，他一直想着念着，捧着护着。如此不辞辛苦，他想，原来是苏暮雨把他占去了。他本不是个与人亲近的货色，可和苏暮雨在一起，他就是心安随意得这样理所当然。
他想起苏暮雨那双坚毅的眼睛，亮堂堂的，替他照着记忆里所有好看的景色。
他突然很想找苏暮雨说说话，尽管很多时候苏暮雨都不开口，只是坐在那里；尽管他也不知道有什么好说的，只是想要过去。

Bai Hehuai cleared her throat, shifted her shoulders back, and gave Su Muyu a purposeful glance as if to say: the following is an act. Then she turned her gaze upon Su Changhe and pointed at him accusatorily.
“I'll kill you for what you've done,” she said menacingly.
Su Changhe started laughing when she landed on top of him, pinning one of his legs down with her calf, knee digging into his hip. She slid a dagger out of the sheath at his side, gleeful that he let her but careful to stay in character, and held it to his throat. Su Muyu made an indrawn hiss, as if watching students poorly perform something dangerous, but didn't stop them.
