Summary
An angel and a demon are stationed together in Constantinople, pushing the boundary of what's allowed.
It wasn’t the first — or even the hundredth — time they had been stationed in the same place long enough to have reason to develop a cover, to establish the appearance of a relationship.
Sometimes — most times — they were just colleagues. Occasionally, though, Aziraphale grew bolder. Occasionally, there were nights when the angel showed up, never asking, simply leading Crowley to the bedroom to take what Crowley always wanted to give.
And then there were those handful of times — rare, precious, dreamlike — when Aziraphale completely threw caution to the wind and suddenly a night would turn into morning, turn into dinner, turn into sharing a home. Waking up together, day after day, nothing hidden or unspoken between them. -

Summary
This was part of the GOAD Nightingale Challenge. My song was 32 Flavors, by Ani Difranco. And two little ficlets popped up - a darker, angstier one from Crowley and a sweeter, fluffier one from Aziraphale. They are completely unrelated but I hope you enjoy them both.

When he discovers he can touch Aziraphale as well, laying a testing hand against his thigh, it becomes inevitable that they don't quite make it all the way to the cottage before having to touch each other quite a lot more.

“Of course. And you’d never give me a look in,” Crowley said, laughing, “You wouldn't notice at all. You’d barely register I’d slithered in. I’d try to buy a book to catch your eye, and you’d -”
“Do everything in my power to stop you,” Aziraphale said, enjoying the game, closing his eyes to picture the scene.
“Yes, you would,” Crowley said.
“So, what would you do?”
“I’d make it my life’s mission to buy one from you,” Crowley said, and Aziraphale’s lips curved at the seams.
“Yes, I think you would. And I’d be utterly exasperated by you.”
