As much as she hated to admit it, Wednesday Addams was no stranger to love. She grew up around her parents after all. She always told herself she would never end up like them, swooning and weak for each other.
Which got a little harder when, after a misunderstanding at a normie party, the whole school believes that her and Enid are “dating”.
Luckily, she’s practiced her acting skills plenty and knows Enid like the back of her hand. This was really going to be the easiest scheme she’s ever pulled off. After all, they do work surprisingly well together.

The stalker surfaces again but what unnerves her more; Enid stays by her side, no matter how sharp her edges get. Now, as the danger escalates, Wednesday is forced to trust and rely on people she once kept at arms length. Including a rainbow werewolf who's stubborn streak can give her a run for her money.
The sounds of the world around her may have dimmed, but that just makes her thoughts that much louder.

Summary
Starting at the beginning, Wednesday had some strange feelings towards her new very bubbly and very vibrant roommate.
She attempts to squash these feelings, and eventually figures out what is going on.
This fic is universe adjacent - crackstone, nightshades, and mystery are all still going to be involved. I am trying to follow the original story line a bit, and write it in a way where enid is more prevalent and important because damnit she deserves it.[A universe without annoying dumb Tyler. I am keeping mentioning other characters to a minimum, as I just only really care about our main two.]
The angst is planned to go on as long as I physically can - but don't worry - there will be ~moments~!
