Summary
Five years have passed since All For One and All Might’s fight. A select few heroes know that All For One has some kind of successor, but little has been heard regarding someone stealing quirks. All For One is presumed dead, but not gone.
The heroes have other things to worry about- like the new drug circulating that can disable quirks temporarily. Thanks to Overhaul, the heroes have their attention focused on finding the distributor of the drug rather than directed at what Touya and Tomura are doing in a small hole in the wall bar in Yokohama.
How will things unravel as All For One returns and Tomura initiates his plans with the help of Touya and Kai?
