Randy's mom has always worked hard to make sure he gets everything he needs. But being a single mom has always been a struggle, especially with two jobs and saving money for Randy to go to college.

Code 900 means dispatcher going in the field. It is rare, but not unheard of. Mostly it happens when SDN needs to do damage control and let a subscriber "talk to the manager" face to face.
