As more people are writing and reading fanfiction for WoH/SHL, I wanted to do an exploration between the book!characters and the show!characters, because they are REALLY different. This isn’t really like CQL/mdsz where you can just do a fusion and have it still make sense. This looks into both why the characters and relationship is different, as well as why those differences exist.

Xavier is stubbornly quiet, so finally, you turn your head, chancing a look at him.
Mistake, you immediately realize.
His knees are still bent, feet planted firmly in the grass, but he’s leaned back on the log, arms crossed tightly over his lower stomach and neck craned, head resting on the tough bark and face turned to the sky. And he’s flushed. You’ve never seen him so red, a crimson stain from his collar to his cheeks all the way to the tips of his ears. His eyes are closed but his mouth is open, panting hot breaths into the air, almost-invisible puffs billowing from his lips and dissipating in the cool breeze.
In which Xavier and MC get trapped in a No-Hunt Zone and inhale some flower pollen that makes them fuck like rabbits :)

Wade shuts the freezer door and squints in confusion. “Uh…it kinda sounds like you are.”

Or rather, he’s supposed to be Itadori Yuuji—not Ryoumen Yuuji, the second son of the Ryoumen Dukedom—overseen by his elder brother, Ryoumen Sukuna. And yet. And yet, the servants here call him Young Master. They look at him and see Ryoumen Yuuji. And when Yuuji looks in the mirror, he sees a figure a little shorter than he was, cheeks rounder than he remembered, yet with the same pink hair and brown eyes. Ryoumen Yuuji, strangely, looks identical to Itadori Yuuji, if slightly younger.
