Summary
A priest makes a deal with a Fae King, a fae king and a priests past love is reignited, war brings a mage and king together, a fae king navigates the modern world, a priest tries to outrun fate, and a human who gave up their humanity tries to find it again. These were all different concepts that I had for the book I'm trying to write about my OCs Kieran and Aaron.
See this as a practice for me actually writing them so I can get a better idea of how they should act in the actual book. Keep in mind that these are concepts so many will be incomplete so if you like one a lot I'm sorry it may end on a cliffhanger! But don't worry a few of these might become actual books in the future so hold out hope!

“Give me your Akasha Terminal, you’re being hypnotized right now.”
After a long and awkward pause, Kaveh dropped his fork because one, it was nine in the morning on a weekend and that certainly wasn’t the first thing he expected to hear from a clearly sleep-deprived Alhaitham. And two, that sounded downright fucking insane.
“Are you right in the head?” He asked the man, only receiving a tired and angry glare in response, “A hello or something would have been nice before saying all of… that. I think your lack of sleep is getting to you, Alhaitham.”
“I can’t sleep at night because you’re so loud when you’re masturbating that your moans leak into the next room,” The man gritted out, bringing a hand to pinch at his nose bridge, “Our bedrooms share a wall.”
OR
Developing insomnia from the stress of the Palace of Alcazarzaray's aftermath and moving in with Alhaitham, Kaveh discovers the miracle that was some phony sleep hypnosis video he downloaded to his Akasha Terminal. When it starts affecting his life more than he ever planned, and in ways he wasn't conscious to realize, it's up to Alhaitham to step in and eventually bridge the gap between them.

Summary
Against his will, Alhaitham is injected with an experimental psychoactive substance. He’s felt fear before, but never like this.
When Kaveh finds Alhaitham, shaking and panic stricken, he brings him to the hospital and stays at his side. He will get him through this.
“I can’t stand you,” Kaveh says, lightly brushing his knuckles over Alhaitham’s cheekbone.
“I know,” Alhaitham murmurs, closing his eyes and bringing their entwined hands close to the pillow.
Alhaitham’s breathing starts to even out, at long last. Kaveh strokes Alhaitham’s hair until he’s fast asleep.
“One of these days, I’m going to tell you.”

“To be a good roommate and everything, I should probably help you out too, right?” Kaveh asks and his hand snakes to Alhaitham’s tight black trousers, where there’s a noticeable bulge.
Alhaitham’s eyes dart to where Kaveh’s hand is gripping at the meat of his thigh, before looking back up at Kaveh with a raised eyebrow. There’s that familiar stubbornness and prickliness that is entirely Alhaitham coming back. Gone was the pliant and whimpering Alhaitham, Kaveh thinks a little mournfully.
“I don’t think that was our agreement,” Alhaitham says, and he’s so calm and nonchalant even though he’s literally hard from seeing Kaveh come. God, he was the worst sometimes.
“We can amend it,” Kaveh writes off his words, equally nonchalant, as if his hand isn’t inches away from his roommate’s hard-on. He admittedly was also the worst sometimes.
Maybe that’s why he and Alhaitham were passable roommates. That and the blatant sexual chemistry they have.
Kaveh's injured his hand, is extremely pent up and Alhaitham offers to help him out; normal roommate things, of course.

Kaveh is on his way home when he encounters a very strange mushroom following him home. Ever the altruist, Kaveh takes pity on the poor thing and gives it a pat on the head. One thing leads to another, and suddenly he finds himself coated in a dusting of spores with his hands down his pants outside his house, given specific instructions to not interact with Alhaitham.
Do either of them heed this warning? No. They don't.
