It only took ten seconds for everything to fall apart. Which, to Peter Parker, felt like some kind of record. Summary
Peter Parker was not resurrected properly.
He crawls out of his grave with a broken body, and no memory of who he is--only a name carved into stone. The lazarus pit worked too late, too badly, leaving him alive in a way that feels like a mistake.
Gotham doesn't like mistakes.

Summary
Peter trusted that Dr.Strange could do the spell correctly this time. Erasing Peter Parker from everyone and everything to protect everyone lives. However, the spell screws up, while everyone's memory's are altered, Peter dies again. However he ends up waking up in another world, confused but adopted after he exits a green pool of liquid.
Did I mention he was somehow a child?
