"H..huh?" Nakamura stuttered, groggily rubbing his eyes as he sat up. He now noticed Hirose staring patiently at him, along with a couple of his classmates at the door.
"It's Takeuchi's birthday today, we're all going over to his house to celebrate. Wanna come?" Nakamura snapped up in his seat and nodded quickly.
"Of course! Let me grab my things, sorry." He laughed shyly, trying to conceal the nervousness inside of him.
His first party, and with Hirose? He could barely contain himself.
They had made their way to the school gates when suddenly Hirose stopped walking. He looked a little shocked, and broke off from the crowd to go run over to something, or someone.
Nakamura squinted, leaning past his classmates to see what and - was that Matsumura?

When Kawamura dared Nakamura to play spin the bottle during Takeuchi's birthday party, he thought it would be his lucky day. That idea was quickly squashed when instead of Hirose, the bottle landed squarely infront of Matsumura.

Rocky is thrilled.
Ryland is not prepared for Rocky's constant hovering, concern over his eating habits, refusal to respect personal space, or the sudden revelation that Rocky and his mate Adrian have apparently been looking for a third.
Three years to Erid is a long time to spend trapped on a spaceship.
Especially when Rocky has decided that Ryland belongs with them.

Jake and Tommy have always been closer then most siblings, even with them being twins. Words like 'codependency' and 'trauma bonded' were tossed around a lot by the shrink they'd been forced to see when they'd been swept up into foster care. Jake didn't really give a crap what they called it; Tommy was the only thing in the world - any world - that was his. He'd do anything for Tommy. He was just lucky that Tommy felt the same way and sprung for him to be placed on the Pandora team as a security officer. Jake was more than willing to go; watching Tommy's back would never be a trial for him.
He just wasn't expecting to find the only Alpha scent that had ever appealed to him to be wrapped up in bright blue skin.

Summary
The AU where both Sully brothers end up on Pandora, but the rules of biology and society aren't the same for everyone. The Na'vi have secondary genders, and because Avatars are grown on Na'vi DNA, Avatars do too. Humans don't.
Jake has no context for any of it.
And then it gets worse: a Na'vi warrior mistakes Jake for his twin brother. So he ends up trapped in the middle of a strange community, while the one person who could clear it up isn't there to do it.

He crashed on Eywa'eveng, and due to the severity of his injuries, he couldn't leave that moon teeming with organic life. But contrary to the near-hatred his species felt for organic life, he would end up finding something on that moon that he could never find on his own planet: a true home.

On paper, it was all Jake Sully's choice. A done deal in exchange for the ability to have his legs back and the murder charges on him dropped. But not reading the fine print cost him way more then he ever imagined.
Trying to win over the trust of the Na'vi becomes way harder when he was actively trying to hide the existence of his son, and somehow, 10X easier when his secret came to light.
Or
Na'vi have a soft spot for babies and new mothers and Everyone eventually just tries to make Tsu'tey X Jake happen.
