Summary
Tomura Shigaraki wakes up in a bed that's not his, in an Apartment he's never seen, in a body that's not his own, and world where nothing makes sense.
Shimura Tenko wakes up on a random street surrounded by a handful of his colleagues, hero students, and police officers. Much to his own confusion, there doesn't seem to be a villain attack going on. Except for the fact that they think He is a villain and want to arrest him.
Could this day get any more confusing?

“I swear I didn’t mean to activate my quirk! It was an accident!” Eraser looks at the man, then back at Tenko. Most of the hero students are giving him dirty looks.
What the heck is going on??
“Start by explaining what your quirk is and how it’s affecting him,” Eraser says, and Tenko is glad because he would very much like to know as well!
“Okokok…” The man takes a deep, shaky breath. “My quirk is the ability to… switch someone with an alternate version of themselves….”

“Woah, kid, are you okay?” A voice from above him says.
Tenko lifts his head to see the owner of the voice, but is immediately blinded by the blazing sun and squeezes his eyes shut.
Still, he smiles because mom always told him that people love a sweet smile, so maybe if he smiles then the person won’t walk away from him like all the others.
Plus, mom also always said that he has a pretty smile.

Or, alternatively, that one fic where Tenko is found by a concerned off-duty police officer instead of All For One.

In all Honesty, Zuko hadn’t thought much of Mai in the last two years. Really, he didn’t think of much other than finding the Avatar. Thoughts of home… Well, what good were they if he could never return?
But now Mai is in front of him, irrefutably, for the first time in three years. Even after Azula and Ty Lee have gone off to do whatever it is they do when he’s not around, Mai is still standing there, like she has something to say.
~~~~~A year ago I found myself wondering what happened in the relatively short time between season 2 and 3 that ended with Zuko and Mai Becoming a couple. This was born from that query. I was reminded of it today and decided I might as well post it because it's admittedly one of the better things I've ever written, so why not let it see the light of day? It's also the one and only piece of literature I have made for A:TLA.

Summary
This is my work, Midnights_Trance only helps with a character of hers. But this work is mine :)
Sommoya Trinka never had the perfect life she always wanted due to her mother leaving and having to take care of her mentally disabled younger brother while her dad was at work. It was never easy for her, but honestly for her she didn't mind that her mom was gone, and she loved her little brother. Then everything changed the day she stepped foot into U.A High School - meeting her cousin again and making friends that will last a lifetime...then the reality of their world, fighting against heroes and villains rising to the point that Class 1-A has to help. Can she make it in this harsh world? Or will she crumble like everyone else?

He nodded, lifting another finger off their wrists to indicate the agreement to his half of the surrender.
Pro Hero Mirko thought they’d had a grasp on who the villain Tomura Shigaraki was, and that monster was so very far from the person their ridiculous gut feeling told them he was or could be - that maybe he was actually some familiar ghost conjured from a long locked away shared past or a barely out of reach mirage of some shared future vision…
One day the pair might catch themselves thinking that if they’d both let go when they said they would, things could’ve turned out a hell of a lot differently, but Rumi couldn’t let things turn out differently and they could see he couldn’t either.
A Dustbunny story set within the canon timeline and events - with just a little creative wiggle room of course!

Ochako’s lips quirk up into a sad smile at the breathless hope in her husband’s voice. She knows what it must have been like for Izuku to grow up quirkless. He doesn’t like to share much, saying he’d rather focus on happier things, but what she has heard makes her wish more than anything she could’ve been around to protect him much sooner. Ochako sees the consequences of his mistreatment in every anxious look, every hurried word, every self-denial.
She wants to make him see just how wonderful he can be.
“Izuku, I know you can.”
Ochako couldn't be prouder of her husband. She only wishes he could see how amazing he is, too.
