They had been meeting like this for the past few months. Either Venom would dismiss some of the guards around her cell, or Quiet would show up near his quarters when he least expected it. Venom knew it was just a matter of time. The entire helicopter ride home, Quiet had been looking at him differently. She stared at him the way a predator would with its prey. Her eyes were hungry, looking him up and down the entire flight. Not to say Venom wasn’t into it, but he was curious about what she had in mind.

Caitlyn found herself fixated on Vi during the song. Instead of her work uniform, Vi was wearing the same leather jacket from the other night. Vi grabbed the microphone and swayed with it in rhythm with the song, and Caitlyn found herself averting her gaze from Vi’s hips. She was wearing low-rise black jeans that had holes in them. Underneath her jacket was a crop top, and Caitlyn could swear she could see Vi’s abs from all the way in the back? Caitlyn shook her head and took another sip of her drink.
