Summary
It all went to hell after the final battle between All for One and Shigaraki. In Katsukis opinion, they won the battle but lost the war. Sue him if losing Izuku forever but defeating the greatest evil Japans ever seen doesn’t seem like a fair trade. Years pass and Katsuki is a pro hero working a regular shift when a run in with a mysterious woman changes his life forever. Changes his life in a way that maybe, just maybe, he’ll get to see the one person he wants the most again. Izuku.

“Y’know you really oughta—“ Katsuki started with a low growl, glancing back up to see who the idiot was that just ran into him. But when a pair of wide green eyes full of concern met his cold red ones, Katsuki felt like the whole world came to a screeching halt.
He blinked.
And then he did it again, and when what he was sure he’d just imagined didn’t disappear, his heart skipped a beat. For a second the world went silent. The sound of people entering the coffee shop, the soft chatter of conversation, the sound of everything all faded into the ringing filling Katsuki’s ears. He couldn’t breathe—fuck, he couldn’t even move, because standing right in front of him… was Izuku.

Summary
When Midoriya Izuku leaves U.A., he leaves behind a letter for everyone.
Katsuki gets one too.
What starts as a single response left on a dorm room desk turns into something neither of them expects: a months-long exchange of letters passed between rooftops, abandoned classrooms, and the spaces Izuku visits when he thinks nobody is watching.
As Katsuki searches for the friend who keeps slipping through his fingers, he begins to realize that finding Izuku isn't the only thing he's been trying to do.
Sometimes the hardest thing to say isn't "come home."
It's everything that comes after.

Summary
Izuku tries his best to hide how badly the aftermath of the war is affecting him.
The nightmares, the lack of sleep, the skipped meals, the slipping grades —he buries all of it under forced smiles and tired excuses.
Most importantly: Katsuki can’t find out.
What sweet Deku didn’t account for, however, "Kacchan Bakugo" has always been far too observant when it comes to him.
He notices the dark circles, the flinching, the way Izuku’s hands shake after training. And once Katsuki realizes something is wrong, he refuses to let it go.
Izuku does his best to deny everything and avoid him — though that becomes a lot harder when even his quirk decides to act up against his will.Eventually, Katsuki corners him after another uncontrolled outburst, demanding fucking answers.

Class 1A didn't truly understand what was happening at first.
Moving into the dorms quickly taught them that every one of their classmates had their own… peculiarities.
And then Midoriya Izuku walked into a table.
That sort of clumsiness seemed to start following him everywhere.
He walked into a door once. An entire door.
It had became a bit of a joke-or- Midoriya’s clumsiness is funny, until it's not.
