Summary
Spoilers For Season 4 Part 1, If you haven’t watched the season yet, don’t read this if you don’t want to be spoiled, As this story is taking place after what happened and knowing me and my past (unfinished works) thast it’s going to be centered around Jay (Sorry, that only my favorite character gets noticed, but I literally can only write interesting stuff with him on center stage).
Given how his amnesia arc ended in Season 4 left a lot to be desired, but who knows maybe in Part 2 they’ll write him in a tolerable way that’s not just who he was before the merge. (I’m probably just looking for an excuse to write Jay angst if I’m being perfectly honest)
Also sorry about what happened with People you Know to People you don’t, honestly I need to stop writing without thinking ahead, or writing ahead.
This is set after Season 4 Part 1, so Jay has his memories back and he seems to be how he was originally, he may still need more time to claim back all of his memories, but he also needs to process everything that has changed around him most specifically the ninja team.
This story will focus mainly on Jay, and most of the chapters will, but some will also show the other ninja.

There was always more: more world-ending disasters, more villains, more threats, more pain.
So much pain.

Lloyd may have missed his father with his whole being, but having only his worst side resurrected may have been the most ridiculously cruel thing Harumi could have done to him. Losing his friends on top of that? After everything he's already been through? Does Destiny have a vendetta against him?
After seeking out somebody who may be able to change everything, Lloyd has a very difficult decision to make.
Along with some very difficult feelings to process happening at the worst possible time.
