She ordered a cup of earl grey tea with a small slice of raspberry tart and then quietly sat in the corner. One tanned leg crossing the other as she read from the large sprawling book in her lap. Pretty green eyes crinkling in delight as rosy lips wrapped around the small spoon, pink tongue licking raspberry glaze.
She was breathtakingly beautiful with flaming red hair, enthralling green eyes, and unusual pale scarring that stretched across her brow. Her scarring shining silver in the sunlight, ethereal and magical. She reminded him of the stories his Baba used to tell of the vila—charming fae-like spirits that danced in the clouds and sang in the sky.
Her name was Harry and she was absolutely enchanting.
