A moment out of time, where the weight of the world and their responsibilities felt like a distant dream, where it was just Tim and Kon, nothing and nobody else, as the world around them faded away.
“I’m yours, Tim,” Kon had murmured, “I’m yours,”
But Kon was dead.
And Tim?
Tim was left with nothing but suffocating memories. Kon's name merely a ghost on his lips as he walked forward in the dark space beneath Titans Tower, his path illuminated by the soft green glow coming from the cylindrical tube stationed in the middle of the room.A/N: Inspired by that one animation I saw, because if I can’t have TimKon happiness, neither can you.

Summary
“Timothy,” Ives interrupts, nose wrinkling the same way Tim feels disgusted hearing his full name tumble out of Ives’ mouth. Ives holds up the gift bag– the unopened gift bag– and Tim, for all his time as a detective, has a sinking horrible realisation that he’s fucked up. Big time.
He slowly turns to look at Ives head-on, horror etched onto his face. “...You haven’t asked me out yet.”
Ives nods, “I haven’t asked you out yet.” He gets a funny look on his face like he’s piecing something together that he probably shouldn’t know. Something that Tim knows he has pieced together which makes Tim start considering jumping out the nearest window.
