Summary

Summary
In order to escape some Chuck-based difficulties, Jack uses his archangel powers to zap Castiel and himself back in time to a small town to try to fly under-the-radar for a while in hopes that they won't be found. Because of this, Jack and Castiel end up meeting new people, including one that looks strikingly similar to Sam and goes by the name Dean, and do their best to blend in while the Winchester brothers do their best to sort things out in real-life time.
OR
Jack and Castiel end up in Stars Hollow and try to get a taste of the normal person and small-town life that would otherwise never be possible for either of them.

Summary
Dean Winchester is going about his normal life as per usual with killing monsters, eating crazy amounts of even crazier different foods, getting drinks upon drinks, and so on when he begins to feel unlike himself. Instead of looking into things further, because why would he if it's not entirely debilitating him, he just waits it out to get better. And even when things seem to get somewhat back to normal, he ends up in the emergency room and then in the labor and delivery ward with no idea why he's there and has convinced himself that there's absolutely some mistake... except there isn't.

Summary
A strange case pops up at a cat cafe near Chicago, and Dean and Sam run into some complications while trying to solve the case, causing them to need to enlist the help of Castiel, Jack, and eventually Rowena as well. It's up to the group to figure out what's going on and how to put a stop to it before the culprit takes more victims.

“Dean, maybe that cat is just an asshole. Or it could tell how much of an asshole you are.” Sam added with a judgmental stare.

The hunters think it's ghosts, the detectives think it has to be a real person, and Castle is... well... Castle, he's just having a fun time solving this.

Now finally being together again, they are nearly inseparable and another odd situation at work throws Dean for yet another loop and Castiel gets involved in that too, granting them an odd sorta-apple-pie life but still with the hint of danger and adrenaline that Dean knows, loves, and could never leave behind.

While there, they learn about the local folklore that may have a key component in Hannah's disappearance. It's up to them and their new group of friends to figure out if it was a person who took her, or it was actually the town's monster after all.

You do NOT need to know anything about Duskwood, you'll learn everything so if you're coming straight from Supernatural, that's okay!!
This follows the episodes of Duskwood, but changing the player into Sam and Dean. Overall, the story is extremely similar to canon with some minor differences based on the changed characters.

After he and Sam made a pact together to give up hunting, Dean decided to try to get a job as a firefighter. As expected, he aced the exam with flying colors and instantly became the newbie in the station that no one dared to mess with. He loved his job now, especially because it still gave him the satisfaction of saving people and being the hero. Practically his entire life was always about looking fear and terror in the eyes and then saving those in need, so he already developed a gigantic admiration for his new and official job. Maybe he was full of trauma from the hunting lifestyle, but maybe, just maybe, something good came out from John’s persistence to him of fighting every battle even if it’s not your own nor fair to fight.
But today wasn't just any typical workday even though it started out that way, and Dean got himself into a battle that forced him to stop and look back on the past year of his life and encounter feelings that he was too afraid of to resurface.

A few days after his dinner date with Jenna, Jake couldn't tolerate hiding the truth from her any longer. The guilt of lying to her was overriding the guilt he had about the night of Hannah's rescue. It was time to come clean and tell her what actually happened in the mine despite being absolutely terrified of how she'd react. It ate him up on the inside, but he knew that she needed to know, and that it had been way too long that she'd been kept in the dark about the reality.

As soon as Jake learned Hannah's exact location in the mine, he knew that he had to do something. He convinced everyone else that he'd be going into the mine, but instead, he reluctantly called in a favor from his best friend who had been secretly working with him throughout the investigation. Despite Jake being completely ridden with guilt, the two decided to execute their plan regardless of whatever the outcome may be.
