    Tokoyami was never jealous of Dark Shadow.

    There were times, occasionally, when Tokoyami wondered how it was to fly, or to feel weightless all the time, but he never really felt jealous. He only wondered. Nothing more. He knew this was true.

    He never felt jealous.

    He was never envious of the way Dark Shadow’s strength grew at night, or how it could fight with such ease in so many situations. He would learn, and make up for it with skill and strategy. Besides, he was in control of it most of the time. He knew all that was true too.

    He certainly never felt jealous when Shoji pet dark shadow, and held it in his lap like some sort of cat.

    This, he wasn’t too sure about.

    Or;

    A touch-starved Tokoyami finds himself wanting to be held by Shoji. Shoji doesn’t mind helping him out.

    Hitoshi is lacking physical touch and gains it in an odd way, through a jacket belonging to his mentor that smells like safety.

    Aizawa is trying in his own strange way to "adopt" his train-wreck of a child and it involves a jacket. Hitoshi thinks he's being sneaky but Aizawa is a man with a plan.

    ~Hitoshi has insomnia and he finds out he sleeps better with Aizawa's jacket :)
