Who shall survive and go home to their District, telling their story, living their life knowing they have 23 people that have been left behind at the Capitol, to rot in their incinerator? Who will go to the Capitol and end up never leaving, living in afterlife luxury? Battle and revel in the confusion and misfortune of these 24 young souls.
