When Kara's pod crashes on Earth, it doesn't crash in the USA where she should've been taken to the lovely family, the Danvers. Instead she crashes into Tibet, specifically a place called Nanda Parbat where she is adopted by Ra's al Ghul. She begins a sisterhood with Nyssa al Ghul. But while she lives this new life, Lena Luthor is leading a different path as well. A path onto a yacht with Oliver Queen and Sara Lance called The Queen's Gambit.

After Supergirl's public identity reveal, Kara is growing into her role as Editor-in-Chief of CatCo, and Lena is pouring herself into her philanthropic Foundation, They're best friends. They bring each other lunch. They babysit Esme together. Everyone around them can see what they are, but neither Kara nor Lena will name it.
Everything shifts at the Foundation's inaugural fundraiser, when a guest looks at Kara and asks Lena, "Wait, she's not your girlfriend?"

Summary

She and her COO, Samantha Arias, are required to spend an ever increasing amount of time with reporter, Kara Danvers and her sister, Special Agent Alex Danvers. Will a conflict of interest prevent Sam and Lena from exploring each of their relationships with the sisters further? Will they be able to solve the case before somebody else gets hurt? Who has the means and motivation to manipulate Lena's tech and be calculated in the way they choose to expose it to the world?
