Summary
Batman fights a new villain in Gotham's famous crime alley, only to be hit with a truth serum that lasts for a week, and Superman, oblivious enough to this, hears that his good FRIEND needs assistance, cue to him bringing (convincing) Batman to the watchtower for further testing and for Batman fighting the urge to shut the fuck up and try not to spill any of his obvious and undying love for the man of fucking steel.
orBatman confesses to Superman in front of everyone in the JL and will probably cry about it to Alfred when he gets home.

Marinette gapes.

“Nothing to be embarrassed about!” he reassures with an innocent bat of his eyelashes. “Besides, it was a cute snore,” he continues boldly. “Like, really cute. Like—”
Chat proceeds to emit some rather inelegant snorts. Rumbling, gurgling, disjointed and completely over exaggerated growls which seem to stem deeply within his throat in harsh exhalations. She would have worried, had he not been expelling them at her expense.
“Get out,” she deadpans, or at least she tries to, amongst his obnoxious grunting and chortling.
“Like an adorable, black-haired, blue-eyed, baby pig,” he wheezes.
“I will push you off this this balcony.”
