Fandaniel seeks to usher in an apocalypse to put all the rest to shame through bringing about the Final Days for a second time. At the end of her decisive battle with the Emissary, Aestelle, the beloved Warrior of Light and Darkness both, found herself stricken with grief atop the Crystal Tower. She had won...but at what cost? She had killed her beloved in her ignorance and now she slew a friend who didn’t remember her until his final moments─and that’s to say nothing of the other three she had killed so long ago. Her tears wouldn’t stop as she clutched the crystals close to her chest, crying for forgiveness and silently wishing for anyone listening up there in the heavens to let her go back knowing all she knows now, to let her save her dearly beloved. To give her the chance to at least try to alter their fate.
And much to her surprise, the heavens listened and answered her cries.
(or that one fanfic where the WoL goes back in time to when she first met Emet-Selch while now in possession of a fair amount of her memories and goes on her own mission to save not only the First, but him as well)

Summary
Elidibus is pleasantly surprised by how easy it feels to get to know the Warrior of Light. There is something about him that reminds the Emissary of what it feels like to be alive, to yearn things for himself, and to undergo emotions, even if he cannot yet name the said emotions. Sometimes Elidibus also has vague glimpses of past moments in the company of someone important - but who?

Summary
5.5-6.0 MSQ rewrite, focused on Gaia, a freed but depowered Elidibus, and remaining Sundered Ascians. I intend to follow the great strokes of Endwalker and rip it apart in order to give the Unsundered and the Ancient people as a whole the justice and catharsis I found to be… very sorely lacking in 6.0.
[Ch.20 – Ala Mhigo is under attack. Ascians get to demonstrate to their new allies how useful they can be—hopefully.]
Note: this is a post-SoS angry Elidibus who is a 12k year old, broken Themis. There is no “Zodiark made him a different person” vibe. If you favour a fluffy Themis who most definitely would never become Elidibus the Ascian bitterly calling you malformed creatures unworthy of true mankind's legacy
(he is correct, and in this 30-part essay I will–, you might not care for this portrayal.Currently on-going, and I hope to finish this one day. Anything that happens in MSQ after 6.0 is completely irrelevant to this.
