Summary
During their walk back, Megumi had calmed down, and in between the familiar scent of the teen and the asphalt beneath them, he managed to ask, “Who are you really, mister?”
To which the teen hummed in thought with a solemn smile as he replied “I’m no one special, just Gojo Satoru.”
As though the puzzle had finally connected, Megumi felt himself grow tired from all the crying, but just as he was about to fall into a deep slumber he mumbled “Gojo,” and it felt right.
Or alternatively, Gojo was always a part of Megumi's life, but not in this one.

She gave him a ‘are you serious look?’ to which he only smirked back. They didn’t need words to share their thoughts with each other. “Well, if you insist, I guess I can’t deny the lady her desperate desire for me.” He joked with his eyes forming crescents as he smiled at her.
She huffed out a makeshift laugh at his playfulness, “Are you sure it’s not you who is desperate, your grace? You might want to raise your eyes a bit, it’s been a while since they met mine” She teased back and Wriothesley felt heat gathering to his face at being caught staring at her chest.
He scoffed in return, “You can’t fault me for staring at the carrot dangling in front of me.”
Or alternatively, Wriothesley always wanted a family, he just never thought it would be with Clorinde.

Summary
“He practically called me a whore.” She told them with no context whatsoever.
But Clorinde learned quickly, despite being surrounded by mostly men her entire life, that women are extremely perceptive of things that have nothing to do with them.
They both looked at each other in shock before turning to her, “He did what now? That Wriothesley did?!” They asked in perfect synchronization.
Or, Wriothesley sets rules on their friends-with-benefits relationship that Clorinde does not appreciate.

Summary
It was already odd that the akademiya had accepted a disabled student as they can be very discriminating. So it was no doubt to him that Al-Haitham must’ve been an incredible person if the akademiya were willing to let him in. However, Cyno couldn’t be bothered by that fact.
The only thing on his mind was how someone could speak without speaking.
Alternatively: Cyno struggles to speak and Al-Haitham teaches him different ways of speaking without needing to speak.

“Cyno, can you take off your scent blockers so that I can smell you?” he says.
To be fair it’s only when it leaves his mouth that he realizes how it came out sounding like something a sex offender would say. He shouldn’t be insulting Paimon to think before she speaks when he’s worse.
Much to his dismay Cyno looks at him completely baffled and disgusted.
“Al-Haitham choose your next words wisely” He threatens.

Alternatively, Al-Haitham ends up finding out Cyno is an omega. This becomes a cause for a series of misunderstood harassment from Al-Haitham.
