Summary
There was no easy way to say this without sounding corny, but Sasuke could see ghosts. Specifically, the ghosts of the Hokage. The Shodai, Nidaime, and Yondaime: Senju Hashirama, Senju Tobirama, and Namikaze Minato.
One would think that seeing the spirits of former Hokage would mean gaining wise mentors to look up to, legendary shinobi to train under.
But no.
Sasuke had somehow ended up with the most incompetent people imaginable. It was a miracle they had ever been Hokage in the first place. He often wondered how three of the most powerful men in history managed to share a single brain cell and how he was always the one stuck holding it. ‘How did these three ever get trusted to govern an entire village?’ Sasuke thought to himself every day.
