    Stiles doesn’t mean to forget things.
    But when the pharmacy was out of his ADHD meds, and told him to come back in three days, he… didn’t. He forgot. Twice. Derek noticed — of course he noticed — and ended up picking them up himself.

    Restarting the meds solved one problem but caused another. Appetite gone, hydration forgotten, routine shot, Stiles drifted into his upcoming heat without the supplements, nutrition, or stability an omega needs to ride it out safely.
